All Southwest School of Art & Craft classes and workshops are open to those who have the desire to learn. Many classes are structured for beginners, and all emphasize individualized instruction.

Studio facilities are comparable to many university-level facilities. A majority of current and adjunct faculty hold MFA degrees. A certificate program is available to individuals desiring a focused, professional course of study.

Registration information, including fees and payment options, registration procedures, and class logistics, should be reviewed carefully before registering. Select a department above to view current term course offerings.

Although on-line registration is not currently available, we invite you to print out our registration form to then mail or fax.

Please call the Registration Office at 224.1848, ext 327/334, or contact us by email at classregistration@swschool.org if you are unsure about the suitability of a class for your skill level, or to request a printed catalog.

This class was a salvation.

Working with the papermaking department opened up a whole new realm of art to me — a working artist for 30+ years.

The faculty's expertise and openmindedness helps tremendously to materialize projects.

The workshop inspired me — I feel blessed to have the SSAC studios available for my use at such a reasonable fee.
